Overview of SFA

Defence Infrastructure Organisation:​
DIO manages circa 47,000 homes for 38, 900 Service personnel and families in the UK on behalf of the MOD. It is also responsible for planning for future SFA requirements and targeted improvement programmes.

National Service Centre:​
Pinnacle is responsible for allocations, Move-ins, Move-outs and is your point of contact to report any issues related to your home.

Regional Accommodation Maintenance: ​
​VIVO/Amey implement delivery of Move-in specifications, grounds maintenance, safety inspections, repairs and maintenance to SFA homes.
