Pinnacle’s Housing Officers are based across the UK. You will have a Housing Officer allocated for your area, and they are your local point of contact for any SFA housing related queries.
When should I contact my Housing Officer?
They are your recommended first point of contact. They are there to help you at key times, such as set appointments like move-in, the 14 day welcome visit, pre-move and move-out. Alongside this, they can provide advice and assistance with any SFA related situations, no matter how complex.
What other ways can I contact my Housing Officer?
Housing Officers are regularly out and about on the estate, wearing a bright purple uniform or driving a branded car to help you recognise and approach them. You can also find your Housing Officer at their local offices during their weekly drop in sessions or at our monthly housing clinics.
