Requests for repairs or issues with your SFA

Pinnacle, Amey and VIVO are responsible for keeping your home maintained in the UK in most cases. VIVO covers the South East and South West, while Amey covers the North and Central regions. If you are unsure who covers your region, click here.

You are required to report any defects regarding your SFA in the UK to the Pinnacle’s National Service Centre, which is open 24 hours, 365 days a year. You can do this by:

Calling 0800 031 8628, select Option 1 (for calls made within the UK, mobile users may incur charges).

You can also talk to someone about maintenance/repairs by visiting Pinnacle’s website.

Once you have spoken to Pinnacle about a repair needed, or an issue within your home, their team will assign the repair to either Amey or VIVO.
